BODY BAR
Our Body Bar Class is the ultimate in conditioning. Sculpt and define every inch of your body
with one amazing piece of equipment, a weighted bar. Through our Body Bar Class you can
gain strength, power and control.
ABS ‘N’ BUT
Target your abs and glutes in this gut-busting, lower-body sculpting class. Strengthen and tone
all muscles of your abs, low-back, glutes and legs.
BOOT CAMP
Our Boot Camp programs combine cardio, strength training, agility exercises, circuit training and
more to get you fit fast. This exciting cross-disciplinary approach to fitness will get you moving,
seeing results and having fun.
BOSU CORE
The BOSU class is a completely unique and multidimensional training class that integrates:
Core, functional and balance training. Maintaining spinal alignment is important to low back
health. BOSU™Interval combines cardiovascular intervals with balancetraining on the bosu.
BOXING
Boxing class incorporates skipping, bag work, and much more with an experienced boxing
coach who will teach you real boxing techinque.
KETTLE BELL
Kettle bells are the ideal class for people who require a lot of impact in a short amount of time.
This fast-paced workout combines various kettle bell lifts and body weight exercises in such
creative ways that when finished, you’ll be surprised that 40 minutes have passed. And we bet
you’ll be tired. If you’re a parent with young kids or if you’re tied to a desk (or a paintbrush or a
tractor) for much of the day, this class is for you.
KICK BOX
Kick Box is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely
energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as
Karate, boxing, and Muay Thai. Strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior
cardio fitness.
SPORT ONE
Sport One is plyometric training to help you reach peak physical condition. Used correctly, it can
be a highly effective form of power training. Stop playing and start competing by improving your
sport conditioning.
STEP IT UP
Energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step
and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation. Cardio blocks
push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and
tone your body.
STRETCH
Learn proper and safe stretching techniques. Stretching class not only helps to heal troubled
muscle areas, it can provide numerous other health benefits as well. When stretching actively
(as opposed to a standard static stretch), the entire body as well as the brain becomes involved.
A strong Mind-Body Connection is established.
YOGA FLOW
‘Meditation in action’ focuses on the practice of postures and breath control. Flow allows for
creativity and experimentation with different mind-body disciplines, and includes an element of
strength and power in the flowing sequences. It blends a variety of challenging postures with
unique sequencing and transitions.
BONDGIRL FITNESS
Bond Girl Fitness is not your typical boot camp. Bond Girl Fitness is a women’s only program
geared towards their specific needs. The program unlike any other is made up of 3 components
for variety. The 3 components include Fitness/strength training, self defense and sensual dance.
All meet the needs of a seductive, confident and strong Bond Girl.
