Acronym for "both sides up". The BOSU class is a completely unique and multidimensional training class that integrates: Core, functional and balance training. Maintaining spinal alignment is important to low back health. BOSU Internal combines cardiovascular intervals with balance training on the bosu.

ICON Kettle Bell
